Exchange and refund policy

In accordance with articles L.120-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. The 7-day period runs from the date of receipt of the items. To cancel your order within the withdrawal period of 7 working days, simply return the goods to us in their original box, notifying us by mail or email at contact (at) trimbach (dot) fr.
